All Italian citizens legally resident in the consular district of this Embassy as well as foreign citizens living in Oman, can submit a request through our Consular Office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NECESSARY DOCUMENTS :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/ambmascate.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/form-for-tax-code.pdf\"><u>The specific form completed and signed<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <u>Double-sided copy of a valid identity document<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <u>Copy of Omani residence card<\/u> (in case of citizens who do not have Omani nationality)<\/p>\n<p>Please fill the form as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Part A: tick D, 1 and 4. Please also tick \u201cRequest card\u201d in case you also request the plastic card<\/p>\n<p>Part B: fill in with your personal data (or the data of the minor child for which you are applying)<\/p>\n<p>Part D: please fill with your address in Oman<\/p>\n<p>Part C: Please do not fill in<\/p>\n<p>Attachment: please specify the documents you attach to your request<\/p>\n<p>Subscription: please put the date and sign the form (for minor children, please also indicate the \u201ccodice fiscal\u201d of the subscriber parent)<\/p>\n<p>Please send the completed for as well as the front-back copy of the identity documents by EMAIL to the competent office: <a href=\"mailto:consolare.mascate@esteri.it\">consolare.mascate@esteri.it<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once the request has been sent, you will receive an email with a \u201ccertificate of attribution of the codice fiscale\u201d which has the same value as a plastic card.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a request for a plastic card, this will arrive at the consular office and will be sent to the address indicated on the request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTICE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tax ID Code can be issued by the Italian Tax Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) only;<\/li>\n<li>National Health Cards cannot be renewed in the Embassy, being issued\/renewed by ASL or Agenzia delle Entrate only for Italian Citizens resident in Italy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The \u201ccodice fiscale\u201d (tax code) is necessary for any person who has to carry out financial transactions in Italy, in particular in the real estate sector and\/or in case of inheritance, and is therefore issued to Italian and to foreign citizens.
