The Academy of Arts and Crafts of the Teatro alla Scala plays a primary role in the training sector of live entertainment in Italy and has always pursued a policy of international openness, which is realized through the enrollment of students from all over the world. Based on the agreement signed between the Academy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Academy offers two distinct types of scholarships for the academic year 2021-2022. In both cases, these are courses that will be held in presence, barring unforeseen deterioration of the health situation. 1. Advanced course in opera singing.

n. 10 scholarships of 9 months each for young foreign opera singers. The scholarships start from 1 January 2022 and the monthly purse amounts to € 900.00. 2. Master in Performing Arts Management.
of n. 9 scholarships for attending the Master in “Performing Arts Management”, whose call will remain open until September 16th for candidates from non-EU countries and up to 1st October for candidates from EU countries. The 9 scholarships will have a duration of 6 months starting from 1 January 2022 and a monthly purse of € 900.00. Both the scholarship holders of the master and those of the specialization course in opera singing will have to independently take out an insurance policy against illness and accidents.
