The Italian Navy Ship Martinengo will be in Muscat for a port visit on October 9, 2021. The unit is currently involved in Atalanta operation and soon will join EMASOH, the European led maritime awareness mission to promote safe transit and freedom of navigation for merchant shipping in the Gulf, Strait of Hormuz and Gulf of Oman.
